no gay marrige(you are a sucker if you voted for george bassed on that he sugar footed you) and no family farms nothing like a compasionate conservative to steal from the poor and give to the rich hope you have studied the stock market social security is out the door also.his regime protects archer daniels midland corporation their cheap imigrant labor"to do the jobs americans dont want to do". george is a great guy and a real patriot long live geoge II down with the unions( just like walmart closing its doors in canada to keep the unions out) veterans benefits....cut! head start for single working mothers ....cut! if you are a rich guy then up with george if you are a poor guy then george will sink it in as deep as he can (because you deserve it)and he is going to put the working man out on his ear let see what other social benefits he will cut so the rich can have a tax break! they have been paying so much and these fat cat welfare queens keep making more lazy babies we all have to pay for as children then we have to incarcerate them as adults a true christian knows if a man does not work neither should he eat(a true conservatives would open concentration camps to rid our society of the lazy the stupid and the people we disagree with) even if there are no jobs he should have had better parents and a better education like all those stupid farmers across our great nation sucking at the breast of the taxpayers so what if there is plenty of food i am glad george sees it my way down with the family farm(from a quainter time just like ma and pa shops) let the big corporate farms grow more and better geneticaly modified food dont you agree???

On the real side, I do hope that we get to take more control over our SS. I am way sure without a doubt, that I could invest and make more money for my retirement age then the government would, no matter who is in office.

well coolmom you wont have any control over your money you will be able to choose one of several funds deemed safe by the federal government and you wont stand to gain anymore than you would get with social security but if the bottom should drop out look out say bye bye to your little bit o cash you have on the market have you been watching it as of late a little slugish wouldn't you agree??? i think we need to cut more social spending and give more taxbreaks to the rich we dont need the redistribution of the wealth here the stupid and the unable should fend for themselves and get better educated or starve

......I read this in lackocash's post:

WOW !!! I couldn't agree with parts of the post more!!! We do need to cut social spending!! We absolutely need to give more rich folks a tax break, because I love the rich & they are the ones who risks $$ to give us poorer dudes a job. If they put up their $$, they should reap or lose the rewards for doing so.

We have been redistributing wealth since the 1965 laws were enacted to "help" the war on poverty. This has been the worst flaming liberal policies ever & I've read somewhere we have spent nearly 5 trillion ( yes, trillion ) dollars since then & the poor are still with us. Jesus said, "the poor will always be with you".
The only way they can pull themselves up is to change their attitudes & get some education.
Until that happens, nothing will change & the jails will stay full.............see ya Mark

Thanks. I was worried that it looked Freshman. I was working so hard on it through grade school and I'm very pleased that someone found it more advanced.

mark i am so glad to hear you are willing to work for the rich as you are corect they do take all the risk and the workers are so dependent on them to feed their families. i think the unions should be crushed and the minimum wage should be lowered back to $3.25 an hour so we can be more competetive with india and china. the working class should be happy to accept a pay cut as they have nothing at risk and with the unions crushed there will be no union scale to base wages on the pay cut would be easy to do. with the guest worker program in place the american worker will have more competition for jobs and more folks willing and able to work for lower wages i think it will be an ideal situation for the big corperations to really get profitable as there will be so many willing to work for these lower wages. mark think how safe our social security program will be when all these guest workers and americans are working for these lower wages the stock market will soar! we are entering pax americana with the guidance of our great father george w bush and his servant carl rove

Why get mad at Bush? Or any President for that matter. He can’t sign one piece of legislation unless congress hands it to him. So they are all in it together. And we do tax the rich too much. And way too many laws. Lets throw off their shackles and go back to the way it was at the turn of the century when the government wasn’t involved. 18 hour workdays. 7 days a week. No overtime. Get killed? Tough. Get maimed. You’re fired. Get sick. Same thing. You didn’t own the place, some rich people did. Their place, their rules. If you didn’t like it, well just go starve. And if you did manage to stick together to make things for the better, they would shoot you. That will teach you for getting uppity. But since they had a higher turnover rate in congress back then, they started to listen to the people. Congressmen where forced to turn their backs on fatcat donors. And started to enact laws that would help and protect the working stiff. But businesses and their rich owners have managed to get congress in their pockets again. Why put up with these rules and taxes? Let’s move the jobs to another country. Doesn’t matter if it’s an archenemy of the United States. If the country becomes unstable, we will send in the U.S. military to protect those rich people’s interest. And the people in this country are way to dumb to see what is going on.

..............I feel there is a need for unions. The reason is, the company will stop being safe & force workers to work in miserable or dangerous conditions.

Most union workers are paid well & someday the union leaders needs to realize that companies don't have money trees in the back yard. There needs to be a time where raises won't happen. I'm happy with that as long as the current wage doesn't drop.
The main gripe I have with the union is...............they protect the lazy. I can't count on my left hand the times I had to cover for someone else when they are conveniently "sick" or worse yet say " I'm not doing that, it ain't my job! "

Those are the ones who make the unions look bad & unfortunately, they are on every job.................see ya Mark

You don’t need a union to protect the lazy. They are in every company I know of. And generally favored by management. I don’t know why. Unions have been on the run for sometime. That’s why they are concentrating on government jobs. The ones they can’t ship overseas. What’s membership down to? 16 percent? The funny thing about congress is, they could care less about a blue collar job going overseas. That’s globalization. But you are starting to hear them grumble when WHITE collar jobs are going overseas. I’m sure some guy in China could do as good a job as some of these overpriced CEOs we have. And their rubber stamp board of directors. Then company profits could really soar. But congress and this president doesn’t like it when THEIR friends and donors lose their jobs.

I disagree mark most unions are corrupt and in it for the 'ie umwa, usw etc. our sister plant is union they're paid a dollar less on the hour with less benefits then us. On safety it is the no. 1 priority at our company. I believe the norma rae days are over. I also agree with T.K. we dont need the union to protect the lazy there are plenty on every job.

...................what I refer to about the lazy is........... lazy union workers are those that usually cannot get fired, unlike employees that aren't unionized. Yes, I agree lazy workers are everywhere, they are tougher to get rid of if members of a union.
Where I work, I have seen it with my own eyes. The steward in the station I use to work in was the worst.

He got away with unbelievable stuff & mgmt. couldn't release him. That's what gripes me about the unions..............see ya Mark
