Sauce:
1/4 cup hot sauce (I like Uncle Franks or Louisiana)
1/4 cup butter
Combine butter and hot sauce in sauce pan, place on low heat, stirring until butter is melted and completely mixed with hot sauce. Set aside while breading shrimp.
Shrimp:
12 uncooked large shrimp, peeled and de-veined
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1 dash black pepper
1 dash garlic powder
1 dash onion powder
enough oil to deep fry shrimp
Mix beaten egg and milk to make a "wash". Put flour and spices in a large ziplock baggie. Place 6 of the shrimp in the flour mixture. seal baggie and toss to coat. Remove shrimp and dip in the "wash" then toss in flour again. Repeat with the next six shrimp.
Deep fry shrimp until the tails are brown. Drain excess oil from shrimp then dip into the sauce. YUMMY!!!!
If you want to do the shrimp on the grill, skip the breading. Place the shrimp in a container with a lid, pour on the sauce mixture, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Then place shrimp on skewers and grill...also YUMMY!!!

It's very good and surprisingly easy to make...no fuss. Sauce works well with chicken tenders and wings also.
