Sometime shortly after the 1st of the year the BBS will be moving to a new office downtown.

This won't change the address of the web site in you address bars but if you want to find me personally it will be loads easier.

We will be offering new services and many new and exciting changes while maintaining our simple low price of being completely free to the public. Small banners ad's will be seen in different areas of the site to help fund the cost of the site. These will be simple banner ad's and NOT POP UP's. I hate pop ups. (Ad;s are not for sure yet but a big maybe will happen)

We will have a new and much simpler photo gallery which will allow people to have a private section that you can share a link with family and friends only.

Classified software is coming along slowly. But should have it done soon.

I have about 200 new games to upload. This will put about 500 games on the site. Daphne cringes at the though of the bandwidth bill) lol (Just Kidding)

We pump out about 10 gig on bandwidth right now and we are expecting that to rise to around 25 gig after the 1st of the year. To give you an Idea of how much a gig of bandwidth is, 1 average web site runs about 50 meg of bandwidth. 1 gig is the equivalent of 20 average sites. 10 gig's is about 200 average sites.

The 1st of the year really promises to be fun for all. Hope to see you here!!!

I will be importing them Older photos into the new gallerys. The new gallerys are going to be much more user friendly for viewing.

You have a great Christmas as well...

Hooo, sounds excellent Chuck. Now don't over work yourselves. Remember people want to help, if given the chance.

So far, all I can see I'd like changed here is minor problems. Mostly just fixes. I'll work out a list soon for you. If you want ads, I've been considering google ads, and affiliates as well for my site. But like you, I have 2 criteria. a) NO pop-up/under ads period. b) No extremely annoying animated ads. Be it GIFs, Shockwave/flash, or Java. Some are ok, but when it comes to endless flashing, like that 'you may be a winner one' that's ones I wouldn't put on for my worse enemy. c) full screen, paused, and no way to go past them ads too. Those really get on my nerve. The only possible exception to the pop-up/under, or the c), if it helps someone or something, like the amber alerts, or the missing kid java button.

I wish I could offer more advice on money making here. But I have no idea that won't violate the free status here.

I'll say here, that any ad you put here, will be clicked by me. I never click on ads, but for this site, I will.

.......man, all of this I'm reading sounds exciting for sure. I'm like kcredden, I rarely click on ads either.....but.........for this site, I will.

The users wants to see the advertisers get a ROI so the site will exist. Sounds like using all that bandwidth is awesome.

I'll be sending you some pics soon also, possibly more B & W pics of the local area, if, I can find them around here................see ya Mark
