Mrs. Billie D. Hartley of Cincinnati, Ohio died 11 P.M. Nov 26, 2004 at Mercy West Hospital.
She was a member of the Nazarene Church.
She was born in Maysville, Jan. 10, 1932, to the late William E. and Opal Moreland Rosser.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, John Hartley, Sr., two daughters; Deborah C. Dryden and husband James B. of Smyrna, TN, Kimberly E. Dale of Cincinnati, Ohio and one son John "Wes" Hartley of Cincinnat; grandchildren, Teresa Dryden-Smith and husband Jason of Gahanna, Ohio, Charlotte Dryden of San Diego, Ca, Krystal Dryden of Milan, TN, Angela Hudelson and husband Donald of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, and Phillip Dale of Washington, DC; great-grandchildren Emma Cree Dryden-Scott, Abbie Cree Dryden-Scott, Ashley Hudelson and and Bailey Hudelson; 3 sisters Linda Rosser of Owenton, Ky, Sue Faris of Ripley, Ohio, and Marietta Carpenter of Washington, KY; two brothers James Rosser of Dover and Jerry Rosser of Flemingsburg.
She was preceded in death by 2 brothers; Elmer "Butch" Rosser and Glenn T. Rosser; and 2 sisters Patricia Bowkamp, and Bonnie Wallingford.
Services for Mrs. Hartley will be 1 P.M. Tuesday Nov. 30 at Brell & Son Funeral Home with the Rev. Wilma Erwin officiating. Burial will be in the Charter Oak Cemetery, Aberdeen, Ohio.
Visitation will be from 11 A.M. until the time of the service.
