Well I must admit, it *looks* like a female's face. The virgin Mary's though? Well that's always open to interpitation.

Might I also remind folks that you can do some amazing things with photoshop. I saw a 9/11 picture about a year ago, where Beelzebub's face was in the picture. It looked very much like the smoke was making the face, and 3-D too. It looked very, very real! I must admit I admired the skill of that photoshop manipulator.

But pay $28g for it? Yep, as you said, people's got too much money on their hands. I'd love to be able to toss away $28g on a sandwhich. Or $28g on a small home, 10 acres, and a herd of horses.

To me, that's the real treasure.

I guess we should be thankful for having someone to amuse us. I know I was :)

Looks like Mae West. (Yes I am that old). Never thought Mae West even closely resembled the Virgin Mary.

I did look at the picture before I read what it was suppose to look like.

I just heard news on this. It was bought for I think, around $16,000 and now is displayed at a business.

I wish I could remember where I saw this, but I saw it, wanted to post about it here, and forgot until now. :)
