With he passing of the Presidential Election how do you feel about it's out come?
Do you think the President will adjust to help bridge gaps that are felt by some people?
Do you feel it will be the same broken promises we have heard for years?

Disillusion comes only to the illusioned. One cannot be disillusioned of what one never put faith in.

Ok, I am so one of the ones that voted..."I feel good but would like to see some changes made".
There is always room for change, in every day and parts of life. I just hope that alot of things that have been started will come to an end...and best for all involved. We as people ourselves need to change..we need to come together as a whole, if any thing is to be accomplished. Maybe...we could find on thing, healthcare????, and write up some type of letter, or petition, or whatever and send it to our state reps and the white house. Maybe that is what is needed, WE need to tell the government what
"we the people" want and need. I know...what is she thinking...I'm thinking...this is our country and our government. Ok, I think I need some more java..I am getting way out there...lol

I'm game...lol
Lets start with a city, and these outrageous property taxes.
And ya know, in Florida they keep some of the taxes down, by taking the local inmates and have them clean up the hwys, side streets, the do the county mowing, the painting of county buildings etc….come to think of it we didn’t pay city or county taxes. Federal, State only..hummmm that’s a thought..

Forcing Inmates to work,,, My god woman have you lost your mind.... :D
That would make too much since. An organized system that would cause people to think twice before committing a crime. Knowing they would have to WORK????
If we quit paying taxes where would they ever get the money from to buy big businesses. Or even pay people to move their companies to Maysville....
OMG how dare you think small government shouldn't be allowed to bleed you financially dry. It would be utter KAOS I tell you. :D :D
Please take back these words you speak.....
To think people would have to work if they went to jail. To think it would help cover the cost of the Trial and Expenses to house them.

LOL, thanks. But when you think about the system you suggested would work. It has been proposed in the past and used in the south. People said it was unfair and a violation of a prisoners rights.

oh please...violation of there rights....
They lost that privilege when they committed the crime.
It’s against our rights to support the bums in jail.

Do you think some criminals commit crimes because it's easier than having a real job?
After all, not only do they get "three hots and a cot" but cable TV and possibly even internet access.
Hey! If you are incarcerated and reading this from jail, give me your feedback! I have to WORK to pay for food, shelter, cable and internet. How is it infringing on your rights to make you work for yours?
PLEASE!!!!!

Well, I haven’t lost ALL hope. But I’m beginning to feel the people of this country have gotten so addicted to government they are willing to throw it all away. This administration has gotten the people convinced the terrorists are coming. They are winning because of fear. We are the government and now I am afraid of the people in this country. Big business is running this country and the people are too blind to see. Spending insane amounts of money fighting illegal wars, but the people are too afraid to challenge their government. People cling to jobs because of healthcare when it is healthcare that is causing jobs to go overseas. But they are too afraid of change. But nothing will change, because George has promised 4 more years of the same. It would take a huge event to change the course this ship is heading.

Oh PU LEASE...violation of a prisoners rights?....
Ok, I'll shut up. This is one of my buttons, it's been pushed but since I'm a nice guy, I won't rant on this. I don't wish to really get out of line here, and be kicked off.
