Accident at Railroad crossing?

Just came back into town from the east end. We noticed a train was stopped on the tracks which I commented was unusual. At Broadway or Main, a police car was down at the crossing. Anyone know what's going on?

i think a 8 year old boy was hit

I was also at the train tracks when the train was stopped and yes it was a child that was hit by the train. Very sad.
